These two stones come from the Koroit Opal Fields, Queensland, Australia. They are Boulder Opals each with its own unique pattern but, these two are very similar. Which is rare and makes them ideal to be used as earrings, or quite commonly as Friendship stones. The idea being that you can have them made into pendants and then give one away to a particularly close friend, as a sign of friendship. They also cost more than an individual stone because of the rarity of finding two stone so similar.
If you see an opal on this website that you might like to have as a pendant, please contact Peter to discuss if it is possible with that particular stone.
You also need to state if you wish to have a bail fitted or not. If you do, then you would need to be charged for the cost of metal, silver or gold.
